I worked as a part time employee from home where I have conducted data entry and analysis (trendline) using MS-Excel for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices conducted by UN-FAO Nepal in Dailekh, Jumla, Surkhet districts on different commodities such as Ginger, Apple, Mandarin.
Successfully conducted IPM with hands on training to farmers about ecofriendly disease and pestmanagement under UN-FAO Nepal running for 4 months at Mandarin orchard, Balkate, Gulmi.
Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project (PMAMP) is largest existing project under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development.I got an opportunity to work as an intern for the period of five months in Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in Coffee Superzone, Gulmi. I have conducted my undergraduate thesis entitled "Ecofriendly Management of Cercospora Leaf Spot, Cercospora coffeicola (Berk & M.A. Curtis) Disease of Coffee in Gulmi (http://dx.doi.org/10.18551/rjoas.2022-07.13). I got to engage with the farmers and conducted different trainings, workshops in plant disease and pest management systems and helped them in identifying the diseases and pests in their field.
Engaged in 3 days long workshop for the supervision of an agriculture farm running under government of Nepal, where I got an opportunity to visit and counsel Aero roots Pvt. Ltd. at Baneshwor, Kathmandu and got to know more about technology of agriculture farming without soil known as hydroponics and aeroponics.

This scholarship award helping me in studying M.S. in Tropical Plant Pathology with full-tuition waiver at University of Hawaii at Manoa and getting an opportunity to work as a research assistant in Arif Laboratory and conducting different research in the field of plant, food and environmental microbiology and molecular biology.
This scholarship was awarded by East-west Center (EWC) for the period of one year, which helping me for the on-campus housing with the affordable prices. This award giving me an opportunity to engage in different volunteering activities such as international potluck, youth summit, festivals, cooking, community exchange programs, community building institutes and many more. This program is very useful for me to get connect to the graduate students from more than 40 countries and from more than 15 different departments sharing the common space (housing: Hale Manoa).
