I manage and supervise the SNAP IM unit which consists of 13 employees. This encompasses managing work flow, reviewing processes, training new policies, monitoring backlog and attendance. I also maintain the fair hearing.

I performed the QC function for employees implementing sanctions on recipients. I also maintained the fair hearing for this unit.

During the time I held this job title I performed the QC function in every TA unit in the building. I also supervised reception for a number of years while simultaneously being the ENU screener. There was a years time that I also worked in the Coram center in both TA IM and TA eligibility.

I determined eligibility of applicants for TA. I also worked in the emergency Needs unit before being promoted.
