Responsible for triaging of patients, device applications on patients (libre sensors, Ipro's) ensured patients had full understanding of device and patient instructions

Answered all patient questions to the best of my ability, familiar with GLP1-2, short acting and long acting insulins (administered when needed), assisted with thyroid biopsies, downloading of CGM and pump reports, answered phones, sent medications, made sure all patient requests were accommodated in a reasonable time and manner.

• Clinical - triaging of patients, performed COVID screens (rapids and PCR) using proper PPE and COVID job protocols, injections (rocephin, tordol, solu-medrol), EKG's, blood draws, assisted practitioner with minor procedures, thoroughly listened to patients chief complaints, entered all patient information, EMR (health fusion), prepared all labs orders and made sure all orders were sent out accordingly, collections of specimens, minor x-ray experience (mainly limbs), called on labs and discussed results.
• Administrative - greeted all patients upon arrival, verified ALL insurance types, collected co-pays and patient payments, scanned in charts, answering of phones, ensured short patient wait time to the best of my ability.
• Manager Duties - opening and closing of facility, counted batches at the end of shift to make sure all payments have been accounted for, updated patient averages (using excel), updated supply lists and ordered needed supplies, updated monthly expiration logs on medications, scheduling of employees, maintained cleanliness of facility, patient concerns or issues were handled in a professional manner and resolved to the best of my ability, responsible for chart audits and making sure employees jobs were carried out correctly
• Ensured employees were comfortable with policy changes and had no concerns with work conditions, helped staffed when and where needed
• 6-13 hour shifts

• Clinical - triaged average of 120-160 patients daily, device applications of CGM sensors, GLP1-2, long acting and short acting insulins (administered when needed), assisted with biopsies, dexa scans, ABI procedures, downloading of insulin pumps and CGM's maintained incoming faxes, and sent out medications.
• Podiatry - triaging of patients, assisted with suture removal and wound dressings
• X-ray experience on foot and ankle
• Filled out forms for diabetic shoes, and sent medications.
