  • My daily responsibilities included tasks such as building a prep list based on levels from the previous day, building all my required items back to par, and three days a week, I’m responsible for receiving and checking in deliveries from the main supplier and placing produce orders with our secondary supplier.
  • Other days, I’m a short-order cook working at our deli station, which produces special entrées, salads, as well as deli sandwiches.
  • Kitchen equipment that I’ve used ranges from convection ovens, flat top grills, and a large boiling kettle for heating up certain items, to a Hobart meat slicer.
  • While working, no matter what area I’m in, I like to keep my workstation as clean as possible.
  • I work well with others, and I enjoy learning new things.
  • Recently promoted to a key holder, my roles as a key holder include opening and closing the restaurant, tracking labor costs, and making cuts where needed to help the business stay profitable.
