- I am an assembly leader, I have a production team of 12 people who are in charge of assembling the servers that the costumer requests, I am in charge of keeping production running so that it does not stop for anything, I receive the work orders that are required in 1 day and I am in charge of executing the work with my team, I work directly with engineers to improve production or to solve problems that arise during the work process, part of my job is to maintain the quality of work to maintain costumer satisfaction, if a server is damaged during the process I fix it to avoid extra costs to the company or loss of money, I work with many different tools, before being a leader I was also an assembler, I worked making wiring, labels, packaging products using small tools to have better precision
