I have been doing direct patient care at the bedside since 2005. I was a nursing assistant before completing my Practical Nursing degree and then went on to complete my RN. I have wanted to be a nurse for as long as I can remember. I enjoy collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure the patient has the best care and outcome possible in my care. I have attention to detail and always strive to provide my best therapeutic communication skills when caring for my patient, as well as making sure their family feels heard. I have worked with all age groups throughout my healthcare career, from newborns to the elderly. I am a hard worker, team player, reliable, hold myself accountable, and am open to constructive criticism.
