Provide diagnostic testing and routine vaccination for incoming animals. Knowledge of animal handling and disease processes for a wide variety of species. Prep animals for surgery, run anesthesia, performed dentals, recover patients from anesthetic events, and clean and sterilize surgical equipment. Triage incoming injured patients, perform radiographic diagnostics, and gather evidence for animal cruelty investigation. Assist and provide education to texas A&M university veterinary students. Provide education and training to veterinary technician students. Provide excellent animal care and leadership to peers through precise, detailed oriented, and efficient work.
