• Obstetrics procedures including: NSVD, C-section first assist, perineal laceration repair, AROM, Foley/Cook catheter placement, IUPC & FSE placement

Designed materials for and facilitated group study and review sessions and individual tutoring. Planned and facilitated tutor training. Developed the I-Prep General Chemistry preparatory course in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry.

Created an energetic and nurturing atmosphere while modeling critical thinking and active learning for two to three Human Anatomy labs, 30-35 students, per semester.

Managed the bar and servers of a busy cafe, theater and dance club and gained experience in training staff, event management and increasing organizational efficiency.

Responsible for strategic visioning, program development, event organizing, outreach and community education. Built community alliances and statewide coalitions and collaborated to create social justice initiatives and coordinate campaigns.
