I grew up with a big family, and as the oldest I have always been the one in charge of the children. I learned the importance of caring for others at a very young age. When I got old enough I began to babysit kids, and work with kids as a gymnastics coach. Caring for people is something that has always come naturally for me. I care for the kids I work with by preparing them meals, caring for any scrapes or bumps they get, teaching them to clean up after play time, reading to them, playing games with them, and teaching them to work together and resolve problems independently. I have also had to clean up my share of throw up, bodily fluids, and feces. Working with multiple kids at one time has allowed me to learn how to focus and stay calm in chaos, and work quickly and effectively.
