Assist CL Manager to assure that agency meets its targeted goals for Commercial Lines productivity, efficiency, growth and performance through monitoring of service standards
Regularly interact with marketing staff to keep CL Manager apprised of backlog situations and assist with providing marketing back up when needed
Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to the function of marketing
Sit in on all Producer/Partner/Account Manager renewal list review meetings on a monthly basis

Support Producers and Account managers through the marketing, placement and binding of new business, renewals and non-renewals
