• Recorded and posted daily cash deposits for over 50 clients, cleared outgoing checks, researched stale checks and reversed ACHs, and reconciled bank accounts daily
• Performed tax assessment for client invoices, issued resale certificates to vendors, and reconciled tax liability between proprietary software and Avalara monthly
• Reviewed all signed MSAs to ensure accurate billing
• Maintained all amortization and depreciation schedules in Excel
• Organized and lead multiple audits yearly
• Primary contact for all departments to assess compliance, including Internal Audit, Finance, AR, AP, and Operations
• Documented and implemented new/revised policies and processes by updating SOX/SOC control matrices, SOPs, and flowcharts
