I worked many positions with the practice. Starting as a call center representative, I worked my way up to the front desk as I have wonderful people skills. My superiors then saw my potential to move to the nurses station, where I took care of the most vulnerable patients. I would deliver biopsy results and handle medications while keeping good communication with the providers.
