Responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and improving the day-to-day operational procedures for all departments in the Boise & Aspen markets as well as the Intellectual Property, Patent Systems Team & Legal Administrative Assistant teams on a national level.

Serves as a board member for operations alongside CHRO, CAO & other Directors providing valuable input and support in shaping the firm's strategies and decision-making processes.

Directly responsible for leading 22 direct reports spanning our national footprint. Support with monthly goals, career progression, education, onboarding, yearly performance reviews and compensation measurements.

Oversees the execution of legal projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Conducts regular project status meetings, providing progress reports, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies for all attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

Collaborates with attorneys and case teams to identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges in relation to support, coverage, trial assistance, etc.

Manages multiple practice case teams concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion of legal projects with implementing new workflows, SOP’s, and units of measurement for case/client satisfaction.

Played a key role in the restructuring of the firm's internal support structure, driving the implementation of a new process and enhancing operational efficiency for the entirety of our legal assistant structure. Change initiative took 2 years from conception to completion.

Led change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes and technologies for all markets.

Implemented performance metrics and tracking systems to monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of the restructuring efforts.

Noteworthy Contributions Outside of Work Scope:

Acted as the project manager and point person for a 52,000 square foot tenant improvement (TI) project after discovering in our lease language our landlord would pay for a TI after 8 years.

Continued professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge in both law and project management.

Serves as Treasurer for the local chapter of the Holland & Hart Foundation

Project Management of all build outs of new stores (15 currently under remodel, 44 total)

Maintain and develop processes for offsite construction projects

Create master schedule for staff

Coordinate load in/load out, materials, merchandise, and staff for openings/closings of stores

Generate weekly detailed reports for budgetary restrictions for payroll, construction and company processes to the CEO

Procure and inventory all materials/standardized finishes for each project

Organize logistics for deliveries east-west as well as maintain stock levels for future products
