Sarah Frisk

Port Charlotte,FL

Summary

Hello! My name is Sarah Frisk and I am a highly motivated employee who is currently employed as a claims adjuster here at Progressive Insurance. I have been in my current position for six months and have learned an extraordinary amount. Prior to my employment with Progressive, I worked in multiple different law enforcement positions over the course of fifteen years to include a detective position which I am proud of. Becoming a knowledgeable detective involved handling complex and sensitive cases, interviewing and interrogating individuals involved in criminal cases while still being compassionate, and understanding how to remain calm and apply critical thinking in situations that are rapidly changing.

Through my roles in law enforcement and, now, my time as a claims adjuster, I have developed strong skills in applying logic, objectivity, and problem solving. I am proficient in researching, organizing, and managing multiple cases at once, while adapting to changing situations and priorities in a confident manner.

I am looking for new opportunities to expand my career and learn new things, while continuing to contribute to customers who need someone who will be prompt and caring when responding to their needs.

I am interested in the CL Claims Generalist Trainee position as I believe it will allow me to continue working in a fast pace environment where my abilities to manage multiple priorities and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner with a positive attitude will help strengthen my skill set and expand my knowledge of what Progressive has to offer.

Thank you for your time in reviewing my application and I hope to speak with you soon!
