• Drum Major for Americas High School Band from 2022 - 2024. As such, was in a leadership role and mentored and motivated band students to achieve goals, build self-confidence and work as one unit. Honored with the national Patrick S. Gilmore Band Award for outstanding contributions to the band.
• Was in the vigorous Trailblazer Early College program and drum major/band simultaneously and learned to multi-task and manage time successfully.
• Earned college associates degree in high school maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout.
• Graduated top 10 percent in my high school class.
• Offered music and academic scholarships from various universities, including NMSU, West Texas A&M and UTEP.
