Leadership Experience

As a Communications Systems Coordinator I supervised the Communications Systems Operators on my shift as well as handled all safety and general concerns that occurred on all of Nova Southeastern University’s campuses (Davie, Ft. Lauderdale, Kendall, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas, Ft. Myers, Orlando, etc.) I’ve completed all 5 courses of the NSU’s Leadership Training for supervisors and managers. I assisted with interviewing and training new hires in our department and completed performance evaluations. In my past position as Senior Permit Technician I trained level I and level II permit technicians in the Building Department. As the current Building Supervisor for the City of Coconut Creek I professionally develop and train Permit Technician 1’s, Permit Technician II’s, and the Senior Permit Technician. I’ve completed Supervision In Government Level 1 and Level 2 training as of February 2024.
