At Duet Dance Academy, I leveraged my strong communication skills and safety awareness to co-create two outstanding dance pieces, significantly enhancing the learning experience for young dancers aged 5-12. Demonstrating adaptability and a motivating spirit, I played a key role in fostering a safe and engaging environment, while effectively addressing parent inquiries.
I am a member of National Honors Society and Beta at my High School. I have been an honors student throughout my high school years and in the top 25% of my class. I am a part of Sequoyah High School's yearbook and journalism program. I have been chosen as editor in chief of my classes yearbook for our journalism class. I also was chosen to be in the county art show based on one of my projects completed in class.
I was a competition dancer for 12 years. I competed since I was 7 years old and have always loved the amazing experience of it all. My teammates were the best group of people and I loved working alongside them. I also love to draw, paint, and color. Art has always been something that I have been known to enjoy. I also enjoy going to the gym and pushing myself each day. Going with friends always makes it better because you're pushing yourself with people who push you to be your best self. I also very much enjoy going to church and being apart of that community. I love volunteering my time in the mornings to lead my small group of 3rd graders and to meet up with friends in the afternoon for our own small group sessions.
