We achieved the Site of the Year award at the Utica plant I oversaw, thanks to collaboration among the union workforce, sales, quality control, and product support specialists. This success resulted from our target KPIs exceeding projections, effective budget and inventory management, and a strong safety record.

By tracking field hours with a boots-on-the-ground app, we upheld quality standards through effective communication from QC and maintenance. The sales team successfully promoted our products. This accomplishment reflects the dedication of our entire team, and I am proud to share this honor with them.
