• Process 35–50 mortgage loan payment changes daily within Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
• Handle P&I, escrow, and HELOC payment change notices for mortgage servicers
• Prepare and electronically file 410S1 forms and Notices of Payment Change with proper Proof of Service
• Process payment updates related to Fannie Mae, FHA, Partial Claim, and Loan Modification accounts
• Identify and resolve loan impediments and processing errors to prevent filing delays
• Process loan withdrawals, corrections, and modifications when payment changes are rescinded or adjusted
• Communicate daily with clients and internal teams regarding loan status, impediments, and time-sensitive filings
• Work closely with firm attorneys to finalize filings and ensure accuracy prior to submission

• Assist with training and onboarding new processors on bankruptcy filing procedures and internal systems
