Human Resources: Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling of associates. Manages payroll utilizing Kronos Workforce Management Systems. Closes payroll on a weekly basis ensuring employee timecards are correct, all PTO is entered, and all missed shifts are properly coded. Performance management. District Recruiter Ambassador, District Human Resource Trainer.
Operations: High focus on operational standards; price strategy, stocking, cleanliness. Managing payroll based on sales, traffic, company goals.
Maintain and execute visual standards, execution of marketing directives. Planning and execution of seasonal merchandise re-flow based on directive and in conjunction with corporate partners. Additional re-merchandising based on sell through and onhand units.
In charge of overseeing the all aspects of Human Resource Management. Manages a team of 85 associates.
