Prepared to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Palm Beach Atlantic University starting in August 2024, my values are deeply influenced by my parents' immigrant background, emphasizing diversity and hard work. Excelling in one-on-one or small group interactions, I thrive in thoughtful conversations, employing strong listening skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Eager to contribute positively to team dynamics and organizational goals, I leverage my academic background and passion for biology.
In my role, I develop and lead engaging classes and activities aimed at helping young individuals understand the teachings of Jesus Christ. I work diligently to create meaningful experiences that resonate with youth, fostering their spiritual growth and understanding of Christian principles. Additionally, I organize events and gatherings that promote community involvement and provide opportunities for personal reflection and connection with faith-based values. This responsibility aligns with my passion for positively impacting young lives through education and mentorship, reflecting the core values I hold dear.
For three years, I was a soprano vocalist at Cardinal Newman, contributing to the choir's performances and musical productions. This experience developed my musical talents and fostered community through artistic expression. Though I have since moved on, my time at Cardinal Newman shaped my appreciation for music and teamwork in a creative setting.
I grew up swimming and it's still a big hobby for me. Starting from a young age, I was always in the water, whether it was at the beach or in the pool. I learned to swim before I could even walk properly. Over the years, swimming became more than just a skill—it became a passion. It's a great way for me to relax and stay fit. I love the feeling of gliding through the water, the rhythm of my strokes, and the sense of freedom it gives me. It's something I cherish from my childhood that continues to bring me joy today.
