HHC Al Aula project, Health holding company: Phase 1: Led the assessment of clinical excellence for Al Ula MOH Hospital and 11 Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) in the Al Ula project for the Ministry of Health (MOH), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Utilized national standards and evidence-based practices to evaluate essential safety requirements impacting patient safety and experience
Developed a phased action plan, set to commence by June 2022, to address identified areas for improvement
Phase 2: I served as the Engagement Lead with Steward International and Mass General Brigham, overseeing a 150 million deliverable for the Royal Commission of Al Ula (RCU)
