• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, IFS, and trauma-informed approaches) to LGBTQIA+ populations, Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state standards, Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and providers, Utilize strengths-based and culturally responsive approaches to support diverse client populations, Engage in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical practice
