To seek and maintain full-time position to commit. With working in retail for a while, our store has cut sales associate hours to very low. It is now my time to search for other opportunities. Personally I take opportunities to try something else because retail will not be forever career. As someone who studied in cosmetology school which beauty is my passion and I've learned many things, one of them being "assisting". The people that would need an extra hand by their side, it's about teaming up with other students with their work, and that's why I now would want to try any job with assisting at the moment for more experience as I wait to do my cosmetology state board exam for my license.

- I collaborate with my team members to improve our store performance, sharing best practices, and go over on how we can make things great for our customer service.
- When an employee calls out and i have a day off I volunteer to take their shift and I also volunteer for extra shifts during holidays and other busy periods to help out when it is busy, especially weekends.
- Before ringing up a customer I always make sure to help and convince customers to sign up for our mobile app loyalty program to keep track of rewards and special deals, including purchasing add ons.
- Every morning managers and sales associates huddle up to go over our party planner which is going over what we need to meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
