Every Monday I would send everyone’s Hours to the owners assistant since Tuesday would be pay day . I would also make sure I would check the cameras make sure everyone did clock in and clocked out the times it would say in the system . In case of any complaints I would also come out and talk to the customers, I would also interview new employees and hire them . They would be times I would help the cookers , waitresses or the cashiers .
I would open every morning , I would have to set up event to have at the restaurant . I would also do inventory every week and hire new people If need . I would also do bartending if needed
I would only go help cashier if they needed help since it was across my other job and same owners
