I am a Lead Toddler teacher for nearly 5 years who have now gained and experience knowledge with families. From doing so I have developed a passion on communicating and teaching families the importance of day to day interactions for their children's age-appropriate development. I love providing resources for families to help further along their child's progress and success. I absolutely have a love to teach new teachers all the knowledge I have learned throughout my time as an Early Childhood Education teacher. One thing I will never stop doing is learning!

I am a lead toddler teacher who maintains a safe and healthy environment in the classroom daily. I take care of young children's needs and wants by giving them developmentally appropriate activities. I provide a clean and sanitary atmosphere in between changing and feeding times. I implement the creative curriculum so that each child gets the opportunity to reach their milestone. I work and communicate with all colleagues. I make sure to build a healthy and fun Parent-teacher relationship.
I have gained and experience knowledge with parents through Parent sessions to help them gain insight on how to regulate their child and themselves by using the Conscious Discipline method.
