  • As a recreational specialist I was in charge of supervising summer camps with groups of 10-25 kids for a few hours every day of the week. The summer camps I worked changed themes every week. The first week could have been dinosaurs, while the next could've been pirates and mermaids. Additionally I would assist sports camps, city events, and fill in for people for the larger camps that consisted of field trips.
  • Customer service was the main focus in this position. I was tasked with handling both the children at the camps, and the parents of those children. As well as communication, problem solving skills were a must have.
