This project aims to integrate the Claims Examination process into the Warranty Information Network (WIN) CRM and administration system. It will enable Claims Examiners to review, estimate, and adjust claims for approval and payment in the system of record. Users will have access from both the composite 360 view and the back office workbasket. After full integration, most claims will flow through the Claims Examination workbasket instead of intent access needed at launch.

The Automated Underwriting Interface (AUI) system is a comprehensive insurance application developed by Farmers for various lines of insurance, such as Artisan Contractor, Automotive Trades, Commercial Real Estate, Habitation, Manufacturing, Restaurant, Retail Service, and Wholesale/Distribution. It encompasses new business quotes, all underwriting rules per line of business, data capture for underwriting, and policy quotes.
