- Developed nanoscale delivery platform to cross BBB, delivering nucleic acids (AON), peptides, and antibodies, reactivating tumor-specific immune responses and enhancing therapeutic efficacy.
- Contributed to development of all-in-one covalent nanomedicine platform, Polycefin, for BBB penetration and tumor targeting, enabling preclinical evaluation for brain tumor therapy.
- Created polymeric nano-imaging agents for tumor recognition and intraoperative visualization, adaptable for conversion into therapeutic nanocarriers targeting invasive glioma cells.
