Savannah Hill

We work with elderly people with memory loss. We create a place for them to have fun and have a say in what they do, because most of them get told what to do everyday and don't get a say in it. We do this every Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00am-12pm.

• Prepared healthy, age-appropriate snacks and meals.
• Reassured children when upset providing emotional support and stability.
• Handled conflicts between siblings effectively using conflict resolution techniques resulting in a more peaceful household.
• Improved child safety by vigilantly monitoring play areas and consistently enforcing rules.
• Communicated with parents regarding children's progress and development, raising any issues.

• Kept classrooms clean, neat, and properly sanitized for student health and classroom efficiency.
• Handed out classroom materials, like pencils, paper, and crayons.
• Oversaw students in classroom and common areas to monitor, enforce rules, and support lead teacher.
• Graded assignments and reported individual progress to teacher.
• Supported classroom activities, tutoring, and reviewing work.

• Developed valuable life skills, such as problem-solving, decision-making, goal-setting, and teamwork.
• Served as liaison between our troop and the larger Girl Scout community, staying informed on organizational updates and relaying relevant information to troop members.
• Upheld the values of the Girl Scout organization by actively living and promoting its mission in all aspects of my role as a Girl Scout.
