As an assistant site coordinator, I would work closely with a Site Coordinator to provide high quality programming for the site's Expanded Learning Program
I would also be a main point of contact for all stakeholders - students and parents, staff, school, and others
As an assistant I would be responsible for ensuring that the program meet compliance and grant-related requirements
I would also invest in staff professional development by assisting the Site Coordinator in conducting observations, assessing needs, engaging in coaching conversations and referring staff to training sessions, as needed
Lead and/or assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Expanded Learning program
Support with the supervision of program staff
Lead with conducting interviews, taking disciplinary action, and evaluating staff
Assist with providing training and ongoing support to all program staff
Collect, review, approve, and submit timesheets by deadlines
