I'm currently waiting at a AAA four diamond steak house, where I lead my team of servers through a successful shift to ensure every guest is well taken care of. I have an in depth knowledge of every menu item and enjoy interacting with guest and helping them find new items they'll love.

Working in a smaller upscale casual location, I had the opportunity to train every new person that joined our team, ranging from their first job, to seasoned professionals. This experience gave me a better understanding of different learning styles as well as how to work with and teach each one.

Ensuring every guest has a magical experience during their stay was my main priority. I've learned how to manage my time, as well as work in a team environment to creatively solve any problems that may arise, so that guests leave with a smile and fond vacation memories.

I was a key holder who was responsible for assisting guest with appointment settings, sales and recommendations for what’s best for their fur babies. I was also responsible for ensuring that the dogs were in a safe and clean environments and had everything they needed during their stay.

I was among the first faces people saw when they walked through the doors, so my interpersonal skills grew tremendously. I was also promoted to corporate trainer and had the opportunity to open a different location where I created exercises to prepare the new employees that were hired
