My professional credo has been to put the patients first, learn, grow and empower my peers, and be an excellent team-builder within my department.
- My primary responsibilities include assisting with the inbound operations for Biogen`s Patient Services department for Multiple Sclerosis and also for Alzheimer`s . I was selected to cross-train in both segments of the business, and have been pivoting between the two teams for more than a year.
- I have consistently met and/or exceeded the performance metric standards, have successfully mentored new agents, and helped with several outbound efforts and initiatives during my time at Biogen.
