As a Fulbright Scholar pursuing an MA in Social Psychology, I explore how racial, gender, and sexual minorities experience identity and how it shapes their wellbeing and self-concept. My 10 years of experience as a counselor gave me a deep understanding of how personal experiences influence perspectives, laying the foundation for my research. I have experience with both qualitative and quantitative research and enjoy translating complex ideas into clear insights whether through writing, presentations, or policy discussions. I am actively preparing for roles in any organizational framework that requires a thorough understanding of human beings.
