  • Lead the Human Resource Function by setting strategy, projects and direction in support of business objectives.
  • Active member of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team (CEO, COO, CFO and myself)
  • Establishing the HR function from a zero base.

  • Achievements include the successful ramp up of owner’s teams on 3 additional major capital projects (each $800+ million in value).
