I have worked in the tourism and hospitality business my entire adult life. Including serving and bartending, cooking in the BOH, front of house management and team leadership. I have also worked extensively in adventure tourism such as white water raft guide, surfing guide, hiking guide, ETC. I have managed and led teams of up to 20 people on staff with different departments, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, as well as management teams.
