I started a Drug Recognition Expert certification program in Philadelphia, in which eight states bring law enforcement to train their DREs in recognizing drug-impaired subjects. - Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Coordinator - My job was to manage Penn Dot Grants for DUI Enforcement, as well as maintain all PA State Police Breath testing Equipment. I provided DUI training to all Troopers and Cadets, and coordinated all DUI enforcement programs across the Commonwealth.
- State Drug Recognition Expert Coordinator - My job was to manage all of PA's Drug Recognition Experts by overseeing all Federal Grants, Training, Testifying as an expert, development of National standards.

- I have a well-rounded and extensive background in law enforcement that spans almost 30 years. In addition to my law enforcement career, I have trained and taught law enforcement officers and civilians across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. I have also successfully applied for and been awarded both state and federal grants, and have overseen and managed approximately $1.5 million in grant money. In my personal life, I enjoy farming, traveling, and serving others.
