Self owned custom woodworking shop. Collaborated with clients on commissioned woodworking projects such as cutting boards, hobby trays, end tables, as well as other CNC designed wooden art pieces. Created self programmed CAD files for CNC router. Maintained woodworking tools and overall upkeep of shop.

Operated on and supervised crews of 4+ people across multiple venues. Main duties included assisting in set construction and installation, troubleshooting and repair of damaged set pieces caused by travel, providing support to lead carpenter, and execution of specialized requests as per instructed by designer.

Acted as ATD and lead carpenter for over 15 shows. Led and instructed teams of up to 20 students and staff in the construction and installation of sets for musicals and straight plays. Executed sound and lighting plots for campus live events and productions. Specialized in fine and structural carpentry, prop fabrication, and interpreting CAD blueprints. Experience operating programmable automation rigging solutions as well as correctly executing counterbalance rigging needs. Custom fabrication of automated scenic units and maintenance of motors and control modules. Knowledge of DMX controlled units including CO2 installations.

Operated as shop hand/carpenter's assistant for 2016/17 San Jose opera season. Main duties included acting as a support in construction and execution of large-scale sets on tight deadline schedules. Upheld personal and team safety standards while on the job. Led union and non-union crews on truck loading and unloading as well as responsibilities tracking scenery and inventory. Shop focuses include carpentry and metal fabrication.
