• Secures and move trailers between dock doors and yard parking slots in accordance with the schedule as determined by the shipping office, lead supervisor.
• Verifies condition of and markings on trailer, as well as seal numbers.
• Safety- inspect truck, equipment and supplies
• Maintain records related to hour usage, equipment inspection sheets, maintenance records, and trailer movement reports.
• When trailer movement not required, performed duties of a senior material handler inside warehouse.

• Perform daily pre trip tractor inspection: keep truck and associated equipment in proper working order.
• Complete detailed yard check: carrier, load description- inbound, outbound, empty, damaged, fuel
  level ecti
• Complete all yard moves as dispatched and inform outside drivers where to locate/ drop trailers
• Maintain detailed move activity paperwork: move locations, dispatch time, landing time.
• Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment including sit/ stand forklift, pallet jack, hand truck.

• Onboard and train new hires in three separate departments including stocking, picking, and packing.
• Work with team members to improve performance ensuring work meets production standards.
• Review others work outputs and provide input to onsite manager on employee performance.
• Resolve production and processing issues and ensure a safe work environment for team members.

• Determine need for and add windshield fluid, gas, oil, and antifreeze.

• Perform basic maintenance checks on all vehicles.
• Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, ect.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Pick up customers from various body shops.

• Clean and sanitize all exterior and interior of golf carts.
• Inspect carts for any unidentified damage and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Provide positive customer service.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.

• Ensure guest satisfaction maintain all general and public areas clean and presentable, as well as inspection ready.
• Perform minor maintenance task such as troubleshooting AC and elevators, maintain pool, fixing plumbing issues, fix food waste disposer, maintain grill, reprogram TV and remote controls ect.
• Resolve any issues with guest complaints and deliver guest request such as cribs, rollaways, towels ect.
• Set up and clean meeting room.
• Shampoo floors with industrial carpet cleaner and rug doctor.
• Identify and access problems when fire alarm goes off.
• Aid any department that needs assistance including; front desk, housekeeping, laundry and kitchen
