At Hollywood Motor Company my duties were secure financing for all customers from Sub-Prime to Gold credit customers. I delivered all vehicles, perfected liens, did all the title work and assignments, appraised all trade vehicles, bought vehicles on line and desk deals. I worked there until Kenny closed the lot and retired after being in business for 47 years.

• Ensured compliance with local, state, federal tax regulations; timely filing of all required documents, mitigating potential penalties or fines.
• Processed all contracts for funding, making sure that all deals were tight and had all the required stipulations before delivery.
• Worked one on one with the underwriters to get the customers and the Dealership the best deal to maintain acceptable profit margins and fit the customers budget.

Schroeder Motors is a specialty car lot dealing specifically with Corvettes and Classic Cars. My duties were to sell the vehicles, secure financing, deliver all vehicles process the title and contracts for funding, arrange shipping, local and international, list all vehicles on our website, check all vehicles for correct date coding on engines, transmissions, carburetors, rear differentials, ect. for correct listing of the vehicle. I left because Gary Schroeder, the owner, decided to quit selling to the retail public and only sell the specialty auctions like: Mecum, Russo & Steel and Barret Jackson.

At Lake St. Louis Motors my duties were to sell vehicles, desk deals, secure financing for all customers,process all contracts for funding, place liens and do all title work, list vehicles on the website and price vehicles according to the market value. I bought vehicles for the dealership at major auctions and appraised all vehicles being traded in. I left because Jessie Wiggins, the owner sold out and retired.

I started working for Dennis Otto as a detailer for aprox. 6 months when he moved me into sales. I worked in sales and learned financing and eventually ran 2 stores. The internet wasn't around yet and we hand writ all contracts. When the internet came about, we could do all our forms online, and I could list our vehicles online which greatly increased our business. I worked there until Dennis Otto Sr. retired and sold the lot to Auto Centers.

• I was awarded several awards for my being able to fix problems other than replacing parts on the F-15 and saving the military lots of money. I was a fixer, not a parts replacer. My plane 036 was always ready for combat.
