- McDonald's at Park Lane Commons - Lease Negotiation, entitlements, zoning, coordinating offsite improvements and approvals.
- Cabela's at Park Lane Commons - Completed contract negotiation, City Entitlements, Reciprocal Easement Agreement, and closed sales transaction. $3.7 M profit on land from original purchase price.
- Lead Developer in construction of two office / retail buildings of 16K SF total. Project Manager on construction, land entitlements, and consultant coordination.
