As a Global Diversity & Inclusion leader, I am passionate about creating an equitable and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, empowered, and can bring their full authentic selves to work. With a proven track record for strong project management skills, leading corporate initiatives that promote diverse hiring practices, employee development/retention, and increasing D&I acumen, I believe my strongest skillsets are talent development, Business Resource Group (BRG) support/maturity, strategy, collaboration and partnering with executives, cross-functional teams, and employees at all levels to drive positive change and promote a culture of inclusion.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and exploring new places and pushing personal boundaries through running— i have accomplished ten marathons in my life time and plan to do more. I believe that running is not only a testament to resilience and determination but it is the key to better mental health. I constantly seek personal growth but also give back to the community by volunteering in my spare time by making a positive impact on our youth by being a mentor. I have also started learning sign language in the last few months, which has been a joy challenge.
