  • Mentored high performance technician to achieve their goal of becoming an Engineer-1 over 18-months
  • Facilitated the immigration sponsorship for one engineer over a 12-month period resulting in their relocation to the United States and eventually achieving citizenship
  • Took over failing project to build an automated manufacturing tool from outside contractors
  • Brought the half-constructed tool in-house and personally oversaw the completion of the tool
  • Required hands on knowledge of mechanics, robotics, sensors, and programming
