- Mentored high performance technician to achieve their goal of becoming an Engineer-1 over 18-months
- Facilitated the immigration sponsorship for one engineer over a 12-month period resulting in their relocation to the United States and eventually achieving citizenship
- Took over failing project to build an automated manufacturing tool from outside contractors
- Brought the half-constructed tool in-house and personally oversaw the completion of the tool
- Required hands on knowledge of mechanics, robotics, sensors, and programming
- Completed tool was released and was capable of 1M sensors per month
