  • I started with Old Dominion Freight Line in 2007 as an operations manager.
  • Shortly after merging with the Sumner Wa. service center and moving to Seattle in a larger facility I was promoted to assistant service center manager.
  • Some of my current duties and responsibilities are and have been to aid in the interviewing and hiring processes of dock workers, drivers and supervisors.
  • Assist in keeping the service center, state and federally compliant as well as uphold ODFL rules and policies.
  • Be aware of current terminal production results, training and coaching where and as needed as well, know the goals of all.
  • Assist in keeping a safe work place and a comfortable work environment.
  • Proficient in as400, windows, SAP, Dashboard, ODConnect, OD Focus, BLU.
  • Implemented quality control measures, reducing errors in service delivery and enhancing overall performance.
