I lead North American CX and our worldwide Program Management team for AMXL at Amazon, which is comprised of 130 senior corporate leaders and analysts across Seattle (Washington), Washington DC, Tempe (Arizona), Hyderabad (India), and San Jose (Costa Rica). We focus on solving complex problems with material impact by working backwards from the customer, building clear governance frameworks across cross-functional teams, and engineering scalable solutions that maximize the efficacy of our E2E business. We also build and operate the internal information architecture that allows us to effectively ingest and drive all global executive business reviews.
