I hold the responsibility of maintenance supervisor at power house "A, C, & the Co-gen units.

• I give safety meetings every morning on all jobs for that day and the next day.
• Communicate with operations to prioritize weekly schedules.
• I walk out every job with operations before any work begins and tag the lock box to ensure safety of all involved.
• Also supervise electrical, instrumentation and contractors
• I work with planners to ensure all parts are on hand before scheduling.
• I also work the engineering on special projects.
• I assist train new supervisor/planners as needed.

• My responsibilities were to plan routine maintenance activities.
• I planned 4-5 outages per year plus any emergencies or urgent notifications that come up.
• I hired contractors when needed
• Supervised the maintenance crew in the absence or the forman
• Planned all notifications in sap and executed the workorder
• In charge of getting scaffolds built, rental equipment, cranes or anything else required to do the job.
• I worked with operations to close out completed workorders
• Also in charge of spending a percentage of the budget and stay in the guidelines of the budget

Duties were;

• Supervising the maintenance, and contractor teams
• Locking out jobs before any work starts and verify safety.
• I was also in charge of a portion on quality control. ISO 9001 internal auditor.
• Worked with the plant manger on the budget
