Scott Shofner

My greatest achievement in my working career is being with the same company for over 30 years. The majority of my time with the company has been spent working as a Quality Specialist but I have pretty much worked in every element of the production process. I started with the company as a Press operator, after a few years I moved into Material handling and from there I moved to the shipping department. I finally ended up going into Assembly and from there I quickly moved into the Quality Control department. I feel that I’m very confident of how the manufacturing process works as I have spent time in pretty much all aspects of the manufacturing process.
