  • Managed through hard work and dedication at Dominicks Finer Foods stores to work myself up the chain of command. Starting from assistant GM manager to CO-Store manager in a short 7 year window. Working at many different store locations showing that there was no situation in which they placed me in I wasn't able to succeed.
  • Project managed the launch of Dominicks Private label Pasta program. Delivered twelve month initiative on time to 113 stores increasing volume by 20%.
  • Created new item placements for over 150 products that were incorporated at store level. This achievement allowed Mitco to grow its business.
  • Established client relationships while at Advantage Sales and Marketing resulting in 35 million dollars in sales. As an Account Executive sold over nine truckloads of Con Agra product in one meeting to a single customer to become the top distributor in the Midwest.
  • Achieved record sales numbers when calling on Super Valu account. Utilizing my knowledge of the product and analyzing the data, I was able to sell $1.2M of Lipton Dairy products. This achieved our inventory reduction and gave the customer a chance to sell to its 216 stores a great product at a great price. A win-win deal.
  • Produced record sales at Romano Brothers during the holiday season. Offering an incentive program, sold over 125 cases of Champagne to a single retail outlet which accounted for over 80% of its entire champagne sales.
  • Implemented from vision to fruition an idea of a restaurant business. Successfully managed Skelly's into a destination restaurant within six months of opening. I supervised the everyday business operation by cooking, purchasing, running inventory, writing schedules, sponsoring events and managing the staff of 22 individuals.
