At DRG I started out in the press support position. After about 3 months I was moved to a hybrid press support maintenance training position where I was given a few maintenance responsibilities and spent time learning the presses. In February of 2024 I was moved to maintenance technician position. I have enjoyed my time at DRG and believe I have much to contribute to the company in a leadership role.

I was responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling, diagnosing and fixing any problems with all the machines in the cabinet shop. My duties also included maintenance on the company delivery vehicles and forklifts, facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, grounds keeping, management of janitorial staff, knife grinding (sharpening moulder knives), packaging and shipping product, consumables inventory, ordering parts and receiving and tracking incoming supplies for the company.

To operate presses by preforming quality checks and preventive maintenance to the machine, it's components and trackwork feeding and exiting the press. Also diagnosing and fixing of any problems with the press and feeding and exiting machinery.

I worked part time private security at different locations but mostly at the regional hospital for the area and assisted with conflicts on the hospital grounds.

I was a law enforcement officer for the sheriff's department.

At this job I preformed mostly light duty car and truck repair which included oil changes, tires, exhaust work, brakes, transmission service, suspension repair, axel replacement, internal engine repair and electrical diagnosis.
