• Oversee Daily operations of all equipment both in warehouse and retail locations. Management and scheduling of maintenance personnel for equipment repairs. Responsible for inventory of and ordering parts. Liaison for all new equipment and delivery of equipment to stores. Primary contact for all equipment manufacturers.

• Responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs, was the liaison between the customer and the company ensuring positive customer experience, trained new employees following weekly for 6-month period providing feedback to management on progress or addressing concerns.

• Was a service tech was the first in the local branch to become elite pro tech certified I also became factory the trainer for the North Georgia area and was the liaison between engineering to correct problems in the field. also became tier 4 final diesel certified. also became JLG maintenance tech certified -Ottawa yard truck certified a Taylor forklift technician. And other certifications available on request

I was service technician for the Atlanta area became class 123 and four certified- more certifications available on request
